Sessions are 50 minutes in length and intended to complement their current training, meet specific request, or consult as where we see the biggest opportunities for improvement. Lessons can be regularly scheduled or individually as needed.
Triathlete sessions are 50 minutes in length and focus on technique, efficiency and pacing. Other challenges addressed are swimming straight in an open water setting and breathing techniques to insure proper navigation. Special attention is paid to encourage confidence in an open water setting. Lessons can be regularly scheduled or individually as needed.
LEARN TO SWIM
Learn to swim will consist of 30-minute lessons and are scheduled to begin in the fall of 2022.
