Testimonials

We work with swimmers of all ages and ability levels to help maximize their potential.

"Shannon is an extraordinary coach to whom I credit my athletic accomplishments, work ethic, and attitude towards challenges. During my formative high school years, Shannon pushed me in order to show what great effort can achieve and from that I found success in swimming, a scholarship to a Division I University, and a mentor that I still thank today for all my successes. Additionally, Dru has personally shown me compassion by taking me into his home for an entire summer and supported me while I trained to make my collegiate swimming dreams come true."
—Nikki Barczak, UNC

"Our daughter, Katie Minnich has been working with Shannon Dunworth for four years.  Shannon has helped Katie uncover her potential, enabling her to compete at the highest level.  Because of his coaching she is a stronger athlete, both technically and mentally.  He has created a path for her continuous improvement as a swimmer, and Katie has recently committed to swim at the University of Michigan.  Shannon Dunworth has a logical and intelligent approach to training.  His tremendous knowledge of this grueling sport and support helped Katie achieve her goals."
—Toni Minnich

"We had the great fortune of having two our our kids train under the tutelage of Shannon Dunworth.  The end result, both kids went on to NCAA Division I swim programs earning 75% of their total cost of attendance paid for in scholarships.  Shannon's a legend in the state of Michigan – Texas is lucky to have him!"
—Jim Small, Associate Vice President at the University of Notre Dame
